You can read, delete, and reply to incoming emails, compose outgoing mail, and much more.
Takes you to a screen where you can easily administer your account.
This screen gives you one place to control your settings, for spam filtering,
forwarding of your email, changing passwords, setting up a vacation message, etc.
It provides some functions not available on the webmail screen.
If Username is "mailadmin@yourdomain.com",
goes to the administrator's screen for controlling all the
accounts at yourdomain.com.
Forgot your password
This takes you to a screen where you can enter your username (use your full email address), and if you have
previously entered a challenge question (EG: What's your mother's
maiden name?) you can answer question and go to a page where you can re-set
your password.
Having problems with ?
Try this:
Delete the cookies in your browser (assuming it is accepting cookies.)
In Windows Internet Explorer: click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click the Delete Cookies button. Then quit the browser and re-start it.
Before you click the Login button, select a template.
Panel, Smooth, and Surge templates all work for Windows Internet Explorer.
Panel and Surge templates work for Safari, Firefox, and Netscape, but Smooth doesn't.
You should be able to see and process your email with no problem at
this point. (If not, call us.) The next time you log in,
use the SpeedSpan home page again.
